Today was the prize presentation, we all were very happy but Mr Kek was not here with us...
Reached there at about 3 plus, we manage to watch the final for the boys, Yishun against Commonwealth...All the players manage to get a t-shirt and we get to chose colour...Either black or red...All agree with black so we took black...
We went over to the court and sit down to watch the match...After awhile Yuying arrived and chosen the red t-shirt...
The match was exciting, at last Yishun won the CHAMPION...
Prize presentation soon start...They present the prizes to the girls runner-up and winner, we have a photo-taking together than follow by the boys runner-up and the winner and also have photo-taking...4 teams were told to have a photos-taking together and every teachers, coaches and the organizers were all taking pictures of us...
After all this were not finish yet...Every teams continue to take photos at Singapore Basketball Center(SBC)...We took lots of pictures so do Yuying and the other teams but both boys team leave earlier than us...Left the 2 girls teams...
Miss Cheng taken pictures of us and Coach too...After awhile, Coach leave...As for us, we continue to take more photos and we took alots of it...Take here and there non-stop...Photos~photos~photos...
At last, we taken lots of pictures and its time for us to leave...We went out and took pictures again before we board the bus and leave...On the bus heading back to school, some of the girls took pictures again in bus...All were really very happy...
Reached school, we changed into jersey and took lots of pictures again...We do really have fun taking so much pictures with every girls...Just that although we took lots of pictures as a team but without teachers and coach is a bit weird as they help us, push us and encourage us...They really did lots of things for us and without them, I don't think we will get the results which we all want...
P.S Therefore, special thanks to the teachers and coaches who have help us so much...We will always remember what are the things you have done for us...^_^

Today was the final playing against Yuying again...We meet them once in the first round and won them by 2 points...Now playing against them so somehow we will know what are their strength...
Already in the Final so need not worried too much as we can get prizes and metals...Just only depend if we want to get more and win the game to be CHAMPION...Till so far we made, what we want sure is to be CHAMPION...Just only 1 more step...
As usual, we will listen to what Mr Kek and Coach want us to play...The game today, girls seem to be a bit nervous but after awhile we are all focus in the game...
First quarter, Yuying lead us 11-4...However, we did not give up and stay calm for the next quarter...
Second quarter, we tried to score and pull the scoring nearer...Last of the quarter, we still lost to them 7 points at the score of 16-23
Third quarter, we narrowed the gap further...Left a few minutes, it became a one-point game, 26- 27...At the end of the quarter, they walked off leading by three points at 33-30...
Last quarter, we eventually caught up with Yuying team, taking the lead at 36-35 with 8:00 on the clock...The game became to be very excited that both teams of the supporters were nervous for us...At last left with few mintues, Noralinda was calm enough to sink one of her two free throws to make it 41-39 to finally put an end to Yuying’s resistance. Yuying’s lack of squad depth told in the end as Bedok Green outshot and outrebounded them to capture the Tournament trophy...
After the game, we were all very happy and Coach suggested to take photos so we take before we leave Singapore Basketball Centre(SBC)...[Venue being change...]
Went back to school, we were told to think of the 5 reasons why we win the game and Miss Cheng told us to think what are the strength of the opponents...We think lots of it with her and teammates help...After this, being dismissed...

Today training is a bit different as to get prepare for the coming competition...Miss Cheng written lots of things down which we will have to train for it...Time might not be enough so everything we do just do about 2 times than we change to others...
It might be tiring for us but all we have to do is just to let us get ready and prepare for the match...I believe what we have train and learnt won't go to drain as is already the last match and 1 more step to CHAMPION...We will have to go all the way and don't give up...=]

Today was the semi-final playing against St Anthony’s Canossian at 3 p.m. We leave class at 12.45 p.m. Board bus and leave school at 1.45 p.m. to CCAB...Reached there about 2 plus...Court 3 was empty than some of us thought of go for some shooting...Saw Mr Kek was there and we were happy that he came back...He told us to gather than he told us what we will be playing for today match...
After that, some of us went to toilet than we do warm-up...SAC were also there at the same court doing warm-up...
Finish doing warm-up, get ready to went into Court 2 for the game to start...We do some trails...Like under-baskets, 2 points 'elbow' shooting than free-throw...(Kinda forgotten...)
Time was up than we went back to our bence and listen to what Mr Kek and Coach have to say...
Game starts...Leading 8-6 at the end of the first quarter, we were matched point-for-point in the second quarter by St Anthony’s to go off at half-time with a slim 16-14 lead....
In the third quarter, We stepped up a gear to outscore St Anthony’s 11-5 to lead 27-19 and gave themselves enough of a lead to hold off the last quarter challenge of St Anthony who outscored them 5-7. In the end, their third quarter display was enough to win them the game....
In the end, we manage to beat them by 32-26...We were all very happy that we made it to the Final...
While waiting for bus, as usual we will have some talked about the match...After some talk, we stayed back for while to watch the others match which were Yuying playing against Huayi...While watching, teachers and Coach also told some of us to look out for the opponents like #11, 12 and 05...
Watching for awhile, bus arrived and we went out to board the bus...Mr Kek coming along with us...
Reached school, we went to classroom 4C outside to gather and have some discussion about today match...Talk alot as usual and last we have a hugging session and said few words than we have a cheers and everyone were being dismissed...

We start with our shooting at 2.30 p.m. than 3 p.m. start off with our warm-up...After the warm-up, Coach told us to run 10 rounds of the court than continue with the training...
What we did were almost the same everytime...At last we were be able to play 5 on 5 against each others...Tomorrow will be playing against SAC, if we be able to win them...We will make it to the Final to strive towards CHAMPION!!!Althought it will be a tough match for us in order to get into Final...But we will still have to try and go all the way...Mr Kek went back for re-service...Don't know if he will be coming back or not...Hope it will as he can help us for the team...We must jiayou and must not give up, I believe that we sure can make it...Let's make it to the Final for the CHAMPION...=]

For the 2 previous training on Wednesday and Friday can't be able to attend training...
On Wednesday have to attend Sport Leadership Award Course which held at Anglican High, went there with Jiayi...(Which teachers nominated)
On friday, whole of Secondary 2 went out for farms excursion...
What happen during training was not sure but I did messages and ask Liping about it...
What they did during training was almost the same and at last was able to play 5 on 5...Both 2 days was raining...Wednesday heard they wait till the rain stop than train and after training...Mr Kek take over and teach them on 3-2 defend till 7 plus...
For the Adidas Competition, we are glad and happy to know that we qualified for the next round which were the semi-final...The next match was on the coming Thursday at 3 p.m. playing against SAC...Hope that we can fight till the end for the final and win the CHAMPION!!!Girls, we must jiayou for it and must not give up, I believe that we sure can make it...^_^
P.S We must pray that Mr Kek will be able to take leave from his re-service so than he will be able to be with us till the end...=]

erm...juz here to help out with the post as cecilia have no time i tink...erm..if i am not wrong..they all won de match with compassvale...4got the score...and yah...they got into the 2nd round..whoo~!jiayous...must win champion arh...haha...erm...den i tink the rest of the days is trngs..and the next match is with SAC on thurs...i tink...not very sure...anything...can ask cecilia...cause this thing...me dunno well...

Today was the last match playing against Compassvale at 3.15 p.m. We leave class at 1 p.m. which is our lunch break and board bus and leave school at 1.30 p.m. to CCAB...Reached there about 2 plus, still early and we will be playing at court 2...
As today only court 2 will be using so courts 1 and 3 is empty...We went to court 3 and have some shooting...Awhile later Coach arrived, than he teach some of us some methods...
Organiser give Mr Kek feedback forms and was told to fill in than hand in...We than went to do warm-up and some shooting trails...Previous match have finished than went in to that court to do 3 corners passing...Time up, opponent haven arrived yet so Mr Kek use the time to tell us what we are going to play today while waiting for them to arrive...
When he have finished, opponent still haven come than he went over to ask their Coach and get replied they are on the way...So we carry on waiting and he let us know more and told us some reminder...
Opponent have arrive and was given 3 minutes to allow them to warm-up and we were about to go for more warm-up, the game start...
We were all the way leading them but was abit pressure by them as they have a good 3 pointers shooter...We did not give up and continue to play all the way and strive towards our target...
Last quarter, we focus on our defends and does not let them get to score much points...At the last few minutes, we give them pressure by pressing them and get to intercept some of their balls...
At last we won and manage to score above our expectation...All of us was very happy...=]
As the court need to be used by the next match, we went to court 3 to have some talked about today match while waiting for bus...(as usual)After having some talked about it, went out and bus came...
We board the bus and Mr Kek told us to think what to think and discuss about for the de-brief later when reach school...He pass me to scoresheet and think about what to ask later...The girls also wanted to have a look at it so I let them see first...
Reached school went to class 4B outside to gather for de-brief...As normal, Mr Kek talk to us first than me and Liping take over it and we have quite lots of discussing...
Last we have a hugging session and said a few words, we have a cheers and everyone were being dismissed...

Yesterday was having a match against Yuying and we won...Today was having basketball training...Start at 2.30 p.m. those who were already at the basketball court to do warm-up follow by shooting than Coach came and teaches Jihadah and me some others moves...
When the Secondary 1 have came down, we start with our training...We start to run 10 rounds of the court than start to do some trails...We proceed to 5 on 5 full court but before that...He teaches us how to defend...True enough that different Coach have different ways of teaching and methods, so we will need some times to change for the new Coach...
We have quite some time for 5 on 5 than Coach talk to us before we were dimissed...We thank the Coach and went to classroom to take our bags and assemble at the bence there...Miss Cheng was giving each and everyone a present...We thanks her than were dismissed and went home...

Today was the third match playing against Yuying at 3.15 p.m. We leave class at 1 p.m. which is our lunch break and board bus and leave school at 1.30 p.m. to CCAB...
Reached there about 2 plus, still early and we playing at court 3(the same court again...)There was no empty court so we can't have any shooting, just sitting down at the side of court 3 and watch the Hua Yi's boys playing against Guangyang's boys...
Till their 3rd quarter, we went out to have our warm-up and saw Yuying Girls...Saw 2 of them was tall(which was number 11 and 12), feeling a bit stress but didn't distract much on our warm-up...
After warm-up, we went to toilet first than went back to the court...Thought the game had finish but it was just 4th quarter...Than sat at the side and watch the boys play...
After their game finish, it was our game...We do 3 corners passing for our trails than went back to our side to listen to what teachers and Coach will said...
The game start...Our defends was not very good during the 1st half...(who was leading, I can't hardly remember)Our attacks also rather slow at that time...
2nd half, we tried to improve on our defends and attacks...Till the last quarter at the last few mintues, the score was near and we tried to speed up and start to intercept the opponent balls...They were leading 3 points and left the last few mintues, we use full court press and try to steal their balls...
At the very last few seconds before the game end...opponent get the ball and tried to shoot in and score than we tried to defend the ball of getting into the basket...But they still manage to get the ball in and the time was just up.....lucky enough that the ball is not counted and we were very happy that we win...
As the court need to be used so we went out to have some talked about today match while waiting for the bus...
We went back to school and have a debrief...Teachers talked for quite some time than throw the conversation to me and Liping to continue...We have a very long time discussing it...
Last we have a hugging session and said a few words, we have a cheers and everyone were being dismissed...That time was 7 plus...

Today was the second match playing against GuangYang at 3.15 p.m. We left school at 1.30 p.m. to CCAB...Reached there about 2 plus, it was early...Heard Miss Cheng said scare of traffic jam at the highway so book the bus 1 and a half hour earlier...
We were suppose to play in court 3, it change to court 2, no much distract about it...Previous match were Yuying agianst Compassvale...They were also out opponent...
In order for us to get use of the court, we went to have some shots in court 3 as it was empty...Coach Tay reached soon and he told some of us about today match...
We than do warm-up in the court and also do some trails in order to get prepare for the match later...
It was about time, girls went to toilet first than came back to court 2 to have free-throw shooting and under-basket...
The game were about to start than we went over to Coach and see what he want us to play for today match...Awhile later, we have cheers and the game start...
First half quarter, was a tough match for us and the score was very close...
Second half quarter, it was still a very difficult match to carry on and something very bad happened also...Not us as it was the opponent who create it...
I don't deny that they were good and was also our fault of falling into thier trap by minding what they said...Anyway, they were suppose to get technical foul and disqualify for the team but we does not tell the Referees anything about it since teacher say nothing at all than we will just have to leave this matter aside...Today we didn't played very well but it was good that we did not give up and continue to finish the game...
As usual, while waiting for the transport to arrive, we have some talked about today match...Coach said something about today game and those mistakes that we will have to improve for the next 2 matches...
As Mr Kek was not here today so Liping and I organise a debrief for the team...We said lots of things and also recap yesterday problems, whether is it being solve or not follow by today problems and what to keep it up...
Than we have a hugging session and I said a few words we have a cheers and everyone were being dismissed...

Today was the first match for Adidas Competition playing against Woodgrove at Co-Curriculum Activities Branch(CCAB)...It was suppose to start at 4 p.m. end up 30 mintues later...
We left school at 2.30 p.m. to CCAB...Reached there was about 3 or plus, it was quite early...So we sit down at the side of the court 3 as Outram and Bishan Park was having match...
During half time, we went out to do our warm-up and also said something about today match...
Finished doing, went back to the court and wait for the time to be up...Previous match finished, went to the bence there to put our things down than went to do our warm-up trail...
5 mintues up, Referees asked to go over the court there and shake hand with the opponent players follow by the game start...Start with the jump ball, jumped 2 times...
First quarter, we were to soft and not aggressive enough than the score turn out to be 8-0...
Second quarter, we start to be aggressive and try to get some points back but it was still not very good...
The other half of the game, the team are coming back together and be united as 1 again...In the end, we won by the score of 21-35...=)
Woodgrove is actually not bad and their team spirit was good...Their number 10 and 12 players were good...Unfortunately number 12 foul out and it was at the last quarter...(if not wrong)
As we were waiting for the transport to arrive, we have some talked about today match and Coach Tay was there so he watch us play and also said something about today game and those mistakes that we will have to improve...
Went back to school, Mr Kek want us to gather together outside the 4B class...He want us to talk about today match, what are the thing bad and good happened...He told me and Liping to organise next time if he is not around and want us to keep this traditional forever...
We start to have a debrief on today match...I started with Jane according to the numbers...
The problems was...
1) The floor was slippery...(By Jane)
2) We were too soft and not aggressive during the 1st half quarter...
3) We does not do warm-up properly and were too slack...
4) Team fighting spirit was not good enough...
[Everyone agree to it...]
Problem solving...
1) Try not to run all the way with fast speed as was about to reach the basket slow down...(Me Kek helped)
2, 3) We will have to do warm- up properly and serious with it for every matches we playing and have to give all the best during matches...
4) Improve more on our team spirit...
To keep it up...
1) We also have team cheers before we start every game in the quarter and time out...(By Lijing)
2) We win the match...
3)The team come back as 1 again...
After all this, we have a hugging session together and Mr Kek helped to say few words this time round than we do a cheers than we were dimissed...

Today training start at about 3 or 3 plus...Mr Kek told us that a new Coach, Coach Tay will be coming down today for a trial and will be taking over us for about 2 months than decide and see how...
Training start with warm-up first than we run 10 rounds the court than start to do some basics...Mr Kek said that he want to test and see how is our basics skills so we do alots...
Follow by, lay-ups competiton than we proceed to 5 on 5...Coach Tay divide us into 4 groups...2 groups will start to play against each other first than follow by the others...
I wanna play 5 on 5 again so went to ask Coach Tay if we will still be playing...He say no, that time seem to be 6 p.m. He talk to us for awhile before we were dismiss...
Mr Kek ask the 12 players for Adidas Competition to stay back for some training on tomorrow Tournament...We train mostly on what we will be playing for tomorrow and quite fun and we seem to get the tactics right and know how to play...
I hope that tomorrow we will be able to play a good match for teacher(s) and Coach Tay...Like what Mr Kek have said, tomorrow we just relax and play, need not think too much about it...We will take this as we are learning from the other team and also learn from the mistakes we have make...Take this as a exprience and strive towards for the future or next match...Jiayou~!!
