Today is the last match for 1st round; playing against Tampines at the same venue and playing at 2 p.m. and draw lots for 2nd round at 3.30 p.m.We won by the score of 14-49...During this match, I was being elbow at my chin by their number 15 and my leg was also hurt maybe because of my basketball shoe...
Even though we won Tanjong Katong Girls and they won Tampines...Doesn't mean that we will won them so we don't even over-confident it...
Before the match starts, Referees suddenly asked for a spot ckeck on finger nails so we went over to half of the basketball court and let them check...I was told to cut my nails shorten as it was a bit longer so I quickly ran towards teacher and let him know...He helped me to find out where the medicine kit is and took out nails cutter...I cut as fast as possible and the match was waiting for me; I apologise for not cutting my nails earlier even it was a bit longer...
For the first half quarter, we played not well as we seem to over-estimated...When till the 2nd half quarter than we manage to played well...
During this match, we also have the teamwork and everybody help to score...There was also some incident but do not wish to said about it...After all, we still won...So..think should be alright and just let bygones be bygones...
After the match, we went back for shooting training till 5 plus and was known for our 2nd round draw...We were in Group A with Chung Cheng High and Ngnn Ann...2nd round will be a tough competition against them...We really have to train hard for the coming training and play well against boys so we will roughly know how to played next coming match...Jiayou~!!=)
