Today the weather was damn terrible...It was very hot...We girls can't stand much as there is only few water breaks...

[Starting of the training...]
We do our warm-ups as usual and Mr Kek wanted to take our individual photos to allow Coach Lee to know us and mesmorise our names...
Follow by 4 corners passing...
Line up in 3 on the baseline and run full court passing with lay-ups...
We carry on with 5 people standing at 2 points there and throw basketball till half court and let another teammate to receive it and do thier lay-up and they also have to go dribble back and lay-up than they got to throw the ball to another teammate...

[Till half way,we have only 1 mintues break and back to training...]
He added cross hands moves after a few times...
We have a lay-ups competition as we was being divided into 2 groups of 8...If we miss, we have to carry on shooting than can carry on...We have 3 rounds of it...Loser team was being punish through shuttle run...

[We carry on with our training...]
We have to run shuttle run, back running and full courts running 2 times...
Free throw shooting for 10 mintues have to score in 30 baskets...
Water breaks...

[We continue training...]
We proceed to 5 on 5 attackling and defending...
We than practice again...Baseline throw in to allow 'Center' to score points easily...
Follow by throw in at the sideline...'Forward' have to go and 'screen' away the opponent to let the other 'Forward' receive ball and if she is free can shoot,if not pass it to 'Center'...
Practice for a few times,we carry on with free throw shooting...(5 baskets have to score in 4...)
While 'Center' train to score under-baskets...
After all this,we were dimissed...

Today training was very tough due to the hot weather...Few people thought of not going for training next week as not only the training is tough and also for some reasons...
On Monday we will be playing with Telok Kurau Primary 5 and 6 boys...Everyone have to do thier part in this match and play well as it will depend whether who will get into school team or not...Girls jiayou for the friendly match...=)
