Today training is tired when the start of the training and the ending part...In the middle of the training we also enjoy and have fun in it...

[Starting part of the training...]
  1. We do our warm-up as usual before training starts...
  2. We have water and toilet breaks...
  3. We were told to run round the school 3 rounds with 2 sets and also with time limit...

This is where we have to endure through...

First round of running we were given 10 mintues to finish 3 rounds...Secondary 1 were given an extra 1 mintue and our Secondary 3 seniors can take their time to run...(Forgotten how long given...)Those people who fail have punishment to do...Which were 10 sit-ups,push-ups and 'ranger' jumps...

Second round we were ALL given an extra 1 more mintue to run...While Secondary 3 need not run the second sets...

[What we did during training...]

  1. We were told to do 'rebounds','outlet pass' and 'fast break' with '1st and 2nd trailers'...
  2. Coach teaches us 2 offend tactics with around 3 methods in it...

[Before cooling down...]

We were told to run full courts 4 times in 1 mintue with 3 sets of it...Luckily,all of us manage to pull through it...

[Cooling down...]

After the full court running...We proceed with cooling down by slow jogs 2 rounds the court and walk 1 round of the court...

Today time passes quite fast...Read above you all might find that we did just so few little things but actually with only these few things,we manage to learn alot in it...As long every basketball girls be able to put 100% effort during training and remember what have we learn every training...I believe that we can get to strive and achieve out goals towards either Top 4 or National Champion!!!=)
