Today the training was quite tough at first as the weather was very hot...We start out training with our warm-up as usual...


After warm-up,Coach told us to have some drinks before out running starts...


Coach told us that we have 3 sets of running round the school 2 times with time limit was record...


First 2 round of running,Coach gives us 6 mintues and 30 seconds to complete...Most of us manage to run back in time...A number of them can't make it so they needed to do push-ups and sit-ups which was their punishment...


Second time running,Coach give us another 3o more seconds to complete...Same thing also happen...Not every people succeed to come back in time...


Third time running.Coach give us another extra 1 more mintues and he want every each of us come back in time...


This time round,just only a few girls can't make it...(In between every 2 rounds,we have water breaks...)


After running,we were told to do sliding 7 times with speed...At first,we were okie with it but after a few rounds we were tired...


After sliding,we needed defend and run for 7 times too...It was very tired than...



Before we carry on our training with formation(2-3 zone defend),we had some water break...



After defensive session,offensive method 1 with 3 different ways;layup,bounce/log pass to 'Centre' or kick out to 'Forward'...


We finish training off with running full court 4 times with only 1mintue and to do 3 sets of it...


After this we were told to cool down running 2 rounds of the court and we were dismiss...
